Homewood Arts Council Gallery Space

Homewood Arts Council has been able to secure a space in downtown Homewood. Located at 2023 Ridge Road, our gallery is a place where local artists can apply to exhibit their work. The gallery will be open every Thursday night from 6 to 9 pm unless otherwise noted on the door.

Homewood Arts Council seeks entries for its open juried exhibition “Homewood Alumni”. This call is open to any graduate of Homewood Flossmoor High School. The call is open to all medias: painting, drawing, digital art, film, photography and 3 dimensional work. 

Submissions Due: May 5, 2020. 

Exhibit Opens: June 5, 2020

 

Fall Frightfest Spooktacular

Homewood Arts Council seeks applicants for a juried group exhibition of artworks that can be described as dark, scary, spooky or downright terrifying. Open to painting, drawing, digital art, film, photography and 3 dimensional work.

Submissions Due: August 20, 2020.

A Day in the Live of Homewood: An Artistic Exploration of a Town

Homewood Arts Council seeks entries for its open juried exhibition depicting life in Homewood. "A day in the life" can be openly interpreted to include culture, community, everyday life, business, play, sport, nature or any other characteristic that might demonstrate what life is life for an individual or group living in this community. The call is open to all medias: painting, drawing, digital art, film, photography and 3 dimensional work.

Submissions Due: November 4, 2020.
